Turning property data analytical and auditable.
A data-science portfolio project that turns public Pinellas County parcel records into market KPIs, segment comparisons, outlier signals, and downloadable analysis briefs.
I built Pinellas Market Lens to make the data-science work visible: ingestion, cleaning, indexing, aggregation, exploratory analysis, and presentation.
The app started as a property finder, but the stronger portfolio story is the market-analysis pipeline: bulk public records are normalized into a database, then filtered slices are analyzed with pandas and numpy to expose distributions, segment medians, assessed-value gaps, tax burden, and auditable outliers.

Forever free. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.
Official data sources: Property Appraiser & Tax Collector
Transparent Analysis
Every insight links back to public-record fields and parcel drilldowns, so the dashboard stays explainable instead of mysterious.
Data Science Portfolio
The product foregrounds Python, pandas, numpy, database-backed filtering, exports, and production deployment tradeoffs.
Official Data Sources
All data comes directly from Pinellas County Property Appraiser and Tax Collector websites. No third-party scraping.
No Prediction Claims
This version is exploratory analysis, not a valuation model or investment-advice engine. Missing public fields are called out directly.
